- Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, manpower, materials, drawings, inspections, project documentation, and daily site progress
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely problem solving
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience in construction projects
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Dubai is required
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, authority procedures, site inspections, and UAE construction regulations
- Excellent planning, scheduling, coordination, and site management skills
- Ability to manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and project timelines
- Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, project documentation, quality control, and safety requirements
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or other construction/project management software is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and take full responsibility for project delivery

Role Description
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai.
- This is a full time, on site role. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering construction projects while ensuring that time schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are properly maintained.
- The role requires a strong site leader who can manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, manpower, materials, drawings, inspections, project documentation, and daily site progress.
- The Project Manager will also coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely problem solving.
Qualifications
