The employer is seeking a Senior Site Engineer with five to eight years of hands-on experience in civil and fit-out projects.
The role oversees site execution, subcontractor and consultant coordination, progress and quality monitoring, and safe delivery against approved requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil and fit-out works at the project site.
- Plan and monitor site activities to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and MEP teams.
- Review drawings and ensure quality and specification compliance.
- Resolve technical and site issues and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure HSE compliance and support inspections, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Five to eight years of relevant civil and fit-out site experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, and interior fit-out.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of AED 8,000 to AED 10,000.
- Company-sponsored visa and health insurance.
- Annual leave, flight ticket allowance, and end-of-service gratuity are provided according to UAE Labour Law.
