Job Summary
Place-Mint Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil in Dubai.
The role focuses on hands-on RCC and civil site execution, with exposure to fit-out and finishing works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and RCC site activities, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, rebar, formwork, and concrete works.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, consultants, clients, materials, quantity take-offs, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections, coordinate inspection requests and approvals, and review structural and architectural drawings.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
- Supervise finishing and fit-out works when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Strong hands-on experience in RCC and structural works.
- Experience with rebar, formwork, shuttering, and concrete casting.
- Required exposure to finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Good subcontractor and site team coordination experience.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- UAE construction experience is mandatory.
Salary
- Salary is stated as 8,000–10,000 AED plus other benefits under UAE labor law; the pay cadence is not specified.
