About the Role
KEO is seeking a Senior Architect to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will represent the firm in communications with clients, design consultants, and contractors, and technically assess submittals.

Responsibilities
- Represent the firm in communications with the client, design consultants and contractor from post contract award, on assigned projects
- Technically assess contractor’s submittals in accordance with relevant discipline focused strategy and procedures, contract specifications, approved design
- Undertake reviews of architectural and interior design packages including drawings, specifications and other form of documentation prepared by the client design consultants
- Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied
- Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client
- Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction
- Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures
Requirements
- 15+ years work experience
- Bachelor degree in Architecture
- Extensive experience in executing building projects in UAE
- Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build projects
- Strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen
- Effective verbal and written communication proficiency
- Prior experience ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives
- Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Qualifications
- 15+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
