About the Role
KEO Group seeks a Senior Site Architect in Abu Dhabi to represent the firm in client and contractor communications, manage design and construction management services, and ensure project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Represent the firm in communications with client, design consultants and contractor from post contract award
- Technically assess contractor's submittals in accordance with relevant discipline focused strategy and procedures
- Undertake reviews of architectural and interior design packages including drawings, specifications and other documentation
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are satisfied
- Ensure delivery of contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client
- Manage and direct development and maintenance of program and project schedules for all phases
- Ensure compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 15+ years of work experience
- Extensive experience in executing building projects in UAE
- Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build projects
- Strong leadership, people and management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication proficiency
- Time management and task prioritization skills

Qualifications
- 15+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
- Extensive experience in executing building projects in UAE is essential.
- Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build projects.
- Strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen.
- Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure.
