- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure project expectations and contractual requirements are met
- Oversee the delivery of Design and Construction Management services throughout all project phases
- Lead and supervise construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
- Manage the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules covering procurement, planning, design, and construction
- Conduct detailed structural calculations, simulations, and peer reviews to validate design integrity and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless integration of structural systems
- Support construction teams by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and addressing design related challenges
- Participate in cost estimation and value engineering exercises, identifying cost effective solutions while upholding structural safety and quality
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to present design solutions and manage expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of work experience
- Proven hands on experience in high rise building projects within the UAE
- Strong background in construction supervision and design review
- Ability to lead and supervise construction activities on site
- Proficiency in structural calculations, simulations, and peer reviews
- Experience with multidisciplinary coordination (architects, MEP, contractors)
- Knowledge of cost estimation and value engineering
- Excellent communication and client management skills

Qualifications
