Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Site Architect for a full-time hybrid role located in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Senior Site Architect will oversee on-site architectural design and implementation, review project specifications, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
The role includes leading design reviews, supervising construction activities, ensuring design intent is maintained, and resolving technical challenges on-site.
Additionally, the Senior Site Architect will liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture, including Architectural Design proficiency
- Experience with Software Development and Integration for architectural tools and technologies
- Solid background in Project Management, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Proficiency in digital design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience managing large-scale construction or architectural projects is a plus
- Professional certification (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) is desirable
