Requirements
- Strong skills in Document Management and Records Management
- Skills in Documentation and Project Documentation
- Effective Communication skills
- Proficiency with document control software, MS Office applications, and electronic filing systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
- Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or consultancy environments, preferably within the GCC region, is an advantage
- A diploma or degree in engineering, business administration, information management, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Document Controller role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Document Controller will manage, organize, and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate, up to date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Daily responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, and registering documents; maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems; and ensuring adherence to company and project document control procedures.
- The role involves coordinating with project teams to track document status, distributing approved documents, and supporting audits and inspections by providing required records.
- The Document Controller will also collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure clear communication regarding documentation requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Document Management and Records Management to organize, track, and safeguard project and corporate information.
- Candidates should possess skills in Documentation and Project Documentation to prepare, review, and maintain accurate and compliant project records.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients regarding documentation workflows and requirements.
- Proficiency with document control software, MS Office applications, and electronic filing systems is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or consultancy environments, preferably within the GCC region, is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines are required.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, business administration, information management, or a related field is preferred.
