Role Overview
Lead and manage enterprise security operations across networks, systems, applications, and data platforms.
Implement, configure, administer, and continuously improve security technologies and controls.
Apply expertise in identity and access management, data protection, threat detection, application security, and infrastructure hardening.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and troubleshoot network security controls.
- Administer Linux/Unix systems and perform system hardening.
- Monitor security events and handle incidents.
- Conduct risk assessments and support ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
- Apply secure architecture principles and knowledge of TCP/IP and common network protocols.
- Work with security tools, including CyberArk PAM, IBM Identity and Access Management, and DLP technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of progressive cybersecurity operations or security engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in network security implementation and troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration and system hardening.
- Experience with security monitoring, incident handling, and security tools.
- Experience with risk assessments and ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP and common network protocols.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and lead security initiatives.
Preferred Certifications
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GIAC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or other relevant security certifications.
