- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential delays or risks.
- You will work closely with project managers, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment of schedules with overall project objectives, while supporting the development of budgets and resource plans.
- The role also involves analyzing project data to improve performance, managing schedule changes, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in project meetings, and ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain projects schedules using project management software.
- Monitor projects progress and identify areas of concern or potential delays.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
- Provide regular updates on projects status to project teams and management.
- Review and analyze projects data to identify trends and improve project performance.
- Collaborate with construction & engineering teams to develop projects schedules and ensure alignment with overall projects goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Manage schedule change requests and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and control matters.
- Support project managers in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Accountant or Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in project Scheduling control.
- Extensive experience in managing and prioritizing projects schedules.
- Ability to present scheduals plans and requirements to senior management and other government authorities.
- Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure schedule for projects.
- Capable to fluently communicate in Arabic and English.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
