- Lead large scale SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, ECC upgrades, greenfield/brownfield implementations)
- Ensure on time, on budget, and high quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and best practices
- Oversee end to end SAP solution design aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on SAP architecture, integrations, and cloud strategies (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, etc.)
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executives
- Lead workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations
- Drive business value realization and continuous client satisfaction
- Manage and mentor cross functional SAP teams (Functional, Technical, Basis, Integration)
- Build high performing teams and foster a collaborative, delivery focused culture
- Support resource planning, capability development, and performance management
Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in delivering complex SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong expertise across SAP functional domains (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration
- Experience with SAP cloud offerings (RISE, BTP) is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, and digital transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (C level exposure)
- PMP, SAP certifications, or equivalent are a plus

Role Overview
- We are seeking a Senior SAP Delivery & Solutions Manager to lead end to end SAP program delivery while driving innovative, business aligned solutions.
- This role combines strategic leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement, ensuring successful execution of complex SAP transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
Delivery Leadership
- Lead large scale SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, ECC upgrades, greenfield/brownfield implementations).
- Ensure on time, on budget, and high quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

- Partner with sales teams to shape winning solutions.
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in delivering complex SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong expertise across SAP functional domains (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration.
- Experience with SAP cloud offerings (RISE, BTP) is highly desirable.
