- We're a busy, high end beauty salon with a team of 12 looking for an experienced Senior Receptionist to be the face of our brand.
You must have
- 3–5 years' experience in a luxury salon, 5 star hotel, or premium spa environment
- Exceptional phone and WhatsApp etiquette
- Strong scheduling and appointment management skills
- Experience handling invoices, supplies, and cash reconciliation
- Proven ability to upsell, cross sell, and sell packages, naturally and confidently
