- Own daily salon operations end to end — opening, closing, floor management, and everything in between
- Implement and enforce all SOPs across every service, station, and client interaction
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, presentation, and brand standards at all times
- Monitor and optimise booking occupancy across all staff
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 12+ across multiple service disciplines
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and one to ones
- Handle disciplinary matters professionally and in line with UAE labour law
- Recruit and onboard new team members to brand standards
- Set the tone for a five star client experience from arrival to departure
- Handle escalated complaints with professionalism, empathy, and resolution focus
- Drive sales targets, upselling, package conversions, and retail performance
- Monitor KPIs and report weekly to ownership on revenue, occupancy, and team performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' UAE salon management experience
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ in a luxury or premium salon environment
- Track record of maintaining and improving service standards through SOP implementation
- Strong commercial instinct with demonstrable sales and target achievement history
- Fluent English essential
- Calm under pressure, solutions focused, and emotionally intelligent

About the Role
- We are a premium, fast growing beauty salon brand with a strong reputation for exceptional service and a high performing team of 12+ professionals.
- We are looking for a seasoned, hands on Salon Manager who leads with both authority and heart — someone who holds the team to the highest standards while keeping the energy warm, authentic, and client focused.
- This is not a desk role. You will be on the floor, in the detail, and fully accountable for everything that happens in the salon.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' UAE salon management experience — mandatory, no exceptions
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ in a luxury or premium salon environment
- Track record of maintaining and improving service standards through SOP implementation

- Strong commercial instinct with demonstrable sales and target achievement history
- Fluent English essential; Arabic, Russian, or other languages a strong advantage
