Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and truly passionate Senior Hairdresser to join a luxury salon in JLT Dubai.
- This is not an entry level position. We are looking for a confident, stylish professional who can represent a luxury brand.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have)
- Minimum 5 years of professional hairdressing experience
- Strong experience in Dubai/UAE salons (at least 2 years)
- Excellent skills in hair coloring (balayage, highlights, full color, corrections), hair cutting and modern styling, blow dries and finishing, and hair extensions (mandatory)
- Confident working independently with high end clientele
- Strong spoken English and excellent client communication skills
- Professional, stylish appearance aligned with luxury standards
Additional Requirements (Very Important)
- Strong Instagram presence or professional portfolio is required
- Comfortable and confident being on camera
- Enjoys creating content and showcasing work regularly
- Social media–savvy and understands brand elevation through content
- Confident in upselling services and retail products
