Role overview
The Senior Sales Representative will champion Caterpillar’s paving products portfolio across the Middle East.
The role partners with dealers and customers to strengthen sales capability, expand market share, and deliver paving solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead dealer relationships and align them with business objectives and market growth strategies.
- Drive paving sales growth through forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Coach dealer sales teams and support product launches and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Uncover selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.
- Guide commercial actions and dealer programs in line with governance standards.
- Provide technical and commercial support for paving applications.
- Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 7 years of sales, business development, or dealer management experience in construction, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of heavy machinery and paving applications.
