About Caterpillar and Electric Power Division
Caterpillar's Electric Power Division provides integrated solutions, parts, and services for commercial and industrial electric power customers.
The division supports hospitals, disaster response, data centers, municipalities, and other critical infrastructure applications.
The Large Electric Power Solutions business designs and manufactures made-to-order gensets packaged in enclosures for global customers.
The Opportunity
Lead supplier sourcing and capacity strategy for Caterpillar's Large Electric Power Solutions business.
Secure manufacturing capacity for CAT Solutions and develop scalable, customer-focused power-generation solutions.
Assess the supply base and pricing landscape and execute an EAME supply strategy aligned with Sales.
Procurement and Supplier Management
- Source, develop, and onboard EAME suppliers for CAT Solutions, diesel and gas genset enclosures, electrical controls, and switchgear.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with sourced suppliers.
- Lead supplier performance against People, Quality, Velocity, and Cost metrics.
