Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales transaction support and coordination
- Follow up on pending deals to ensure timely closures
- Handle payment tracking (including PDCs) and coordinate with Finance
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SF)
- Review sales documentation for compliance and completeness
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve transaction-related issues
- Track KPIs such as turnaround time and payment completion rates
