About the Role

  • Medworks Medical Equipment LLC is looking for a highly driven and clinically oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to government and private healthcare sectors, including experience handling accounts such as SEHA, Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, and major private hospital groups.
  • This role requires a combination of sales leadership, surgical product expertise, clinical support capability, and relationship management within the ENT, Spine & Neuro segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for surgical devices across Abu Dhabi territory.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key government and private hospital accounts.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, demos, evaluations, and physician trainings.
  • Work closely with surgeons, OR and procurement teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead product conversions from competitors.
  • Coordinate product presentations, workshops, and clinical education activities.
  • Support tender business, vendor registration, and regulatory/commercial processes.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in medical device sales.
  • Strong background in surgical business.
  • Hands on experience in clinical support and OT/surgical assistance.
  • Proven exposure to government institutions such as SEHA, Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, RAFED.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage key accounts strategically.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Clinically strong with surgeon engagement experience.
  • Existing network within ENT, Spine & Neuro departments.
  • Experience in capital equipment and consumable sales.
  • Energetic, target driven, and commercially focused.
