Responsibilities
- Support product management activities for key orthopedic brands (arthroscopy systems, implants, sports medicine, etc.)
- Coordinate with international manufacturers on product updates, marketing materials, and training
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, clinical workshops, and surgeon onboarding sessions
- Deliver in theatre support to surgeons and operating room staff during live procedures
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain product data sheets, stock forecasts, and pricing updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related medical/technical field
- 3 5 years’ experience in medical device support, product coordination, or OR based clinical roles
- Knowledge of orthopedic surgery and arthroscopy procedures is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across internal teams and with global partners
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic speakers preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel regionally as needed

About the Role
- As a Product Specialist within a distributor environment, you will play a hybrid role combining clinical, commercial, and operational responsibilities.
- You will support the Business Unit Manager in managing multiple international brands, liaising with principals, training sales teams, and ensuring successful product adoption across the orthopedic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product management activities for key orthopedic brands (arthroscopy systems, implants, sports medicine, etc.).
