Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners across India and the UAE
- Negotiate distribution terms, rate contracts, and commercial agreements
- Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and payment terms; resolve disputes
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, surgeons, and clinical decision makers
- Organize and support product demonstrations, CMEs, workshops, and clinical evaluations
- Drive new business opportunities across both markets, including new product introductions
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, competitive landscape analyses, and market entry strategies
- Develop marketing collateral, LinkedIn content, and campaigns to build brand visibility
- Plan participation in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience managing distributor/channel relationships and negotiating commercial terms
- Established or provable ability to build KOL and clinician relationships
- Comfortable with frequent travel between India and UAE, and within both countries
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related business qualification preferred
- Existing network in ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, or Orthopedics segments is a strong plus

- Medworks Medical Equipment LLC is a Dubai based medical technology and distribution company serving the UAE market across ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, Orthopedics, and allied medtech segments. The Role
- This is a dual market, high ownership role for someone who can move comfortably between boardroom negotiations with distributors and hospital corridors building relationships with key opinion leaders. Frequent travel across India and the UAE is a core part of this job.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners across India and the UAE.
- Negotiate distribution terms, rate contracts, and commercial agreements in line with company objectives.
- Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and payment terms; resolve disputes and strengthen underperforming relationships.
- Support market expansion into new territories and product categories (ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, Orthopedics, and beyond).
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, surgeons, and clinical decision makers across target hospital networks.
- Organize and support product demonstrations, CMEs, workshops, and clinical evaluations.
- Translate KOL feedback into actionable input for product positioning and principal negotiations.
- Drive standardization initiatives for company products across hospital networks.
- Drive new business opportunities across both markets, including new product introductions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, competitive landscape analyses, and market entry strategies.
- Represent the company in principal discussions, licensing negotiations, and regulatory coordination.
- Develop marketing collateral, LinkedIn content, and campaigns to build brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the medical device industry — distributor facing or hospital facing experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing distributor/channel relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
- Established or provable ability to build KOL and clinician relationships.
- Comfortable with frequent travel between India and UAE, and within both countries.
- Strong communication skills — equally at ease in a formal principal negotiation and an informal hospital visit.
- Existing network in ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, or Orthopedics segments is a strong plus.
- Self starter who can operate with autonomy across two markets and multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related business qualification preferred.
