About the Role

  • The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities, driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic and high value clients.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals, presentations, and business solutions to clients.
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance and ensure timely follow up on opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, finance, product, and customer service teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, pipeline reports, and account activity records.
  • Support pricing strategies and commercial planning initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise level clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Experience in service based or B2B industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Revenue growth from new and existing clients.
  • Growth in market share within assigned territory or industry.
  • Number and value of new business opportunities generated.
  • Sales pipeline conversion rate.
  • Client retention and contract renewal rates.
  • Accuracy of sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Customer satisfaction and relationship management performance.
  • Timely closure of commercial deals and agreements.
