Senior Sales Manager / Business Development – Natural Gas Compressors (Middle East)

A leading multinational in the energy services sector is seeking an experienced

Senior Sales Manager (Natural Gas Compressors)

to drive market growth and manage key customer relationships across the Middle East.

This is a strategic, client‑facing role suited to a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge and a track record of delivering results.

Market Development & Growth

  • Identify, develop, and expand new customer relationships.
  • Convert opportunities into contracts and deliver on revenue targets.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead bidding, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, technical, and supply chain teams to support project delivery.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities.
  • Produce market analysis and recommendations to support senior management decisions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, government bodies, partners, and distributors.
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records throughout the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ sales experience within oil & gas, EPC, or Energy Sector.
  • Strong negotiation, business development, and commercial skills.
  • Knowledge of Middle East oil & gas markets and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience of negotiating and securing contracts with KNOC, ADNOC , KOC ect
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
