Responsibilities
- Lead EPC projects involving gas processing, compression, and modular plant systems
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and stakeholder interfaces
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, FATs, fabrication, logistics, construction, and commissioning activities
- Lead commercial reporting, change management, risk mitigation, and project controls
- Interface with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 16 years' EPC experience within upstream and midstream Oil & Gas sector
- Demonstrable track record delivering projects involving process packages such as GDU, GSU, DPCU, gas compression, condensate stabilization, etc.
- Experience with rotating equipment including high pressure reciprocating gas compressors, centrifugal compressors, pumps, and chiller packages
- Knowledge of electrical & instrumentation systems: ICSS, PLC, VFDs, E Houses, control valves
- Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and project completions systems
- Knowledge of ASME, API, and PED standards
- PMP certification preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Package Manager with 16+ years of EPC Oil & Gas experience delivering modular process systems and process packages from engineering and procurement through fabrication, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EPC projects involving gas processing, compression, and modular plant systems.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and stakeholder interfaces.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, FATs, fabrication, logistics, construction, and commissioning activities.

- Interface with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 16 years' EPC experience within the upstream and midstream Oil & Gas sector.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and project completions systems.
- Knowledge of ASME, API, and PED standards.
