- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to validate assumptions and costs
- Prepare bid clarifications, deviations, and risk assessments
- Support management with value engineering and cost optimisation strategies
- Ensure all estimates align with project requirements, client standards, and local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 12–15 years of total experience in estimation within oil & gas / construction sector
- 6–8 years’ experience in the UAE, specifically within oil & gas projects
- Strong background in piping and mechanical systems for EPC / consultancy projects

- The successful candidate will play a key role in developing technical and commercial bids, working closely with engineering, procurement, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications
