Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, account management, and business development within food, FMCG, agribusiness, or related sectors
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and relationship management with private and public sector entities
- Proven ability in strategic planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Fluency in English

Role Description
- The Senior Sales Manager will lead business development and sales efforts for UAE Food Cluster’s programs and services, with a focus on building strategic partnerships across the food value chain.
- This part time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site meetings and events, and some work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing sales plans aligned with the Cluster’s mission.
- Conducting market analysis, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating agreements.
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders such as manufacturers, retailers, and government entities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with program objectives.
- Tracking performance against targets and representing UAE Food Cluster at industry forums and networking events.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, account management, and business development within food, FMCG, agribusiness, or related sectors.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; experience with data driven sales reporting and analysis.
- Fluency in English.
