- Manage and optimize online sales channels for UAE Food Cluster’s member initiatives and partner products.
- Oversee e commerce platform operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute digital campaigns that increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics, manage online merchandising, coordinate with stakeholders on inventory and logistics.
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute insights to support innovation in the UAE’s food sector.
Requirements
- Strong E Commerce experience, including managing online platforms, product catalogs, and customer journeys.
- Solid Marketing skills, with ability to plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including online sales optimization, upselling, and cross selling strategies.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data informed decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and sector stakeholders.
- Experience with e commerce tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of the food and FMCG sector or related industries in the UAE is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Role Description
- The E commerce Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels for UAE Food Cluster’s member initiatives and partner products.
- This role oversees e commerce platform operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience, ensuring a seamless end to end online journey.
- The E commerce Manager collaborates with marketing and sales teams to design and execute digital campaigns that increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, managing online merchandising, coordinating with stakeholders on inventory and logistics, and ensuring that e commerce activities align with broader sector strategies and sustainability goals.
