  • Every day brings new opportunities, but your key responsibilities will include leading and managing daily sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Driving personal and team performance by consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), corporate business, food & beverage revenue, and banquet sales.

  • Leading and managing daily sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Driving personal and team performance by consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), corporate business, food & beverage revenue, and banquet sales.
  • Monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing proactive sales initiatives.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute departmental sales strategies.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the local market, business trends, and corporate segments.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
