We are currently hiring experienced **Senior Sales Manager** for a leading organization based in Dubai.
We are looking for dynamic candidates with strong sales, client relationship management, and business development experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Arabic, Japanese, or Farsi speakers preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in real estate, luxury sales, or B2B sales preferred
- Ability to handle international clients and achieve sales targets
- Presentable and professional personality
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
- Maintain market awareness and competitor analysis
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per day
