Job Overview
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition function within the organization.
- This includes designing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing the recruitment team, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring the company attracts and hires high quality talent across various functions.
- The Senior Manager will also play a strategic role in workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and improving the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- 15+ years in talent acquisition
- Expertise in full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in hiring.
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and data to inform decision making.
