Innovations Global is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a leading IT solutions company specializing in POS Systems, Self-Check-Out Solutions, and Retail & Hospitality Technology.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and achieve sales targets
- Identify and acquire clients across Retail, Hospitality, F&B, and related sectors
- Promote POS hardware, software, self check out solutions, and IT products
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- 5–8 years of sales experience in POS solutions, retail technology, IT hardware/software, payment solutions, or related industries
- Strong exposure to POS brands and solutions such as NCR, HP, Toshiba, Diebold Nixdorf, Epson, Zebra, Honeywell, Verifone, or similar
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the UAE market
- UAE Driving License mandatory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a leading IT solutions company specializing in Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Self Check Out Solutions, and Retail & Hospitality Technology Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire clients across Retail, Hospitality, F&B, and related sectors.
- Promote POS hardware, software, self check out solutions, and IT products.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements

- UAE Driving License mandatory.
Salary
- AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month.
