Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly revenue targets (4x salary)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by building strong, long term relationships
- Promote a full range of freight forwarding solutions (Air, Sea, Land, Customs Clearance, Warehousing)
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics in the UAE
- Strong network of existing clients and deep understanding of the UAE freight market
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai
