- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales target
- Focus on new business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation in Air & Sea Freight
- Identify, qualify, and secure high potential clients across multiple industry sectors
- Deliver tailored freight solutions and pricing proposals that align with client needs
- Manage key client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery in coordination with operations
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to build long term partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams including pricing, operations, and finance to ensure timely execution of shipments
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding sales
- Driving License mandatory
- Specialization in Sea Freight & Air Freight
- Ability to meet minimum monthly sales target of 4x basic salary
- Master's degree preferred

Job Details
- Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales (Freight Forwarding)
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Salary Range: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month + Commission
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding sales
- Driving License: Mandatory
- Sales Target: Minimum monthly sales target = 4x basic salary
- Specialization: Sea Freight & Air Freight
Key Responsibilities
