Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing relationships with key clients, and consistently achieving sales targets.
You will conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and work closely with operations to ensure clients receive seamless, end-to-end logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sea freight, air freight, overland transportation, and customs clearance
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate logistics solutions clearly
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of warehousing, re-export, and cross-border operations is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute formal education
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
