- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using a CRM system

About the Role
- Creative Beauty Source is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with experience in the professional hair care industry.
- This is a field based role, with approximately 80% outdoor B2B sales and 20% office based administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with salons and professional beauty clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the professional hair care industry.
- Must possess a valid UAE Driver's License.
- Existing database and strong network of salons and beauty professionals in the UAE.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Self motivated, organized, and results driven.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- Pay: AED10,000.00 AED13,000.00 per month
