Creative Beauty Source is hiring a Procurement and Logistics Officer to assist with sourcing, supplier management, purchase orders, inventory management, and logistics documentation.

Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and identifying potential suppliers or vendors
- Help maintain and update supplier databases and records
- Assist with the preparation and issuance of purchase orders
- Coordinate and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Assist in inventory management, including conducting stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Assist in negotiations with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and terms
- Assist in the preparation of logistics and shipping documentation
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to relevant parties
- Help resolve any procurement and logistics issues or discrepancies
- Learn and stay updated on relevant regulations, compliance, and industry trends
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement and logistics team
- Assist in product item registration under Middle East municipality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or Supply Chain Management
- Desirable experience in procurement and logistics
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local and international import/export regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Experience handling high volume shipments in Beauty/wellness: 1 year (Required)
- Excel analysis and Data handling (large volume): 2 years (Required)
