Remote Senior Sales Executive (B2C \| Inbound)
This role is open for candidates within the UAE as well as outside the UAE.
Role Purpose
Convert high‑volume inbound leads into paying clients through empathetic, structured, and high‑quality sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 20+ new inbound leads per day.
- Maintain 50+ daily follow‑ups (calls, WhatsApp, CRM).
- Close around 30 weddings per month.
- Maintain strict CRM discipline.
- Share market and client feedback with management.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of high‑volume B2C sales experience in the UAE.
- Background in hospitality, tourism, visas, insurance, or weddings.
- Proven closer with strong follow‑up habits.
- Emotionally intelligent, organized, and financially driven.
- Languages preferred: Arabic, Tagalog, Russian along with English proficiency
What We Do Not Want
- Script‑only or call‑center profiles.
- Freelancers or part‑timers.
- Poor follow‑up discipline.
- Candidates without recent UAE experience.
Compensation
- Base salary: 8,000 – 10,000 AED.
- Uncapped monthly commissions.
- Location: Remote
