Company Overview

  • The client is a fast growing technology company redefining how merchants connect with customers, with a network of over 600+ F&B and retail merchants.
  • Following a strategic partnership with a leading Payment Services Provider, the company is expanding to a fully integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty ecosystem.

Role Overview

  • As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new business opportunities, onboard merchant partners, and expand presence within F&B and retail sectors.
  • This role sits at the intersection of technology, payments, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new merchant partners, with a strong focus on F&B and retail sectors.
  • Drive adoption of TOTL’s integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty solutions among merchants.
  • Develop and execute go to market plans for joint offerings with PSP partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders — merchants, payment providers, and technology partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close long term agreements (2–3 years) with merchants.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback to the leadership team.
  • Stay informed on market trends in fintech, loyalty, and merchant services to guide strategy and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors (offline).
  • Experience in online or e commerce businesses will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within fintech, PSP, or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, digital payments, and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Stamina to face fierce competition and self driven; high on ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams.

Salary Range

  • Salary Range: 5000 AED to 7000 AED + Commissions
