Senior Sales Executive

Location and Travel

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet customers, attend industry events, and visit project sites.
• Approximately 70–80% of working time should be spent visiting customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional sales activities, identify potential customers, assess market trends, and develop sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders and maintain account plans.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Prepare project offers, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders and contracts.
• Complete customer-visit reports and daily or weekly journey plans.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required.
• At least eight years of sales experience is required.
• Knowledge of the industry and Abu Dhabi region is required.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic communication and presentation skills are required.
• Experience with construction and hospitality clients is preferred.
• Experience with the Abu Dhabi market is preferable.
• A master’s degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively is required.
