- Identify and engage potential clients interested in Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and corporate clients
- Conduct detailed consultations to assess client eligibility, objectives, and financial capabilities
- Present suitable investment migration programs and explain benefits, processes, timelines, and requirements
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle from initial consultation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Stay updated on global citizenship and residency regulations, program changes, and competitor offerings
- Coordinate with legal and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain long term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience in Citizenship and Residency by Investment sales is highly preferred
- Real Estate sales experience is highly desirable
- Strong background in consultative sales, preferably with high value clients (HNWIs)
- Native Arabic speaker
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Strong networking ability within the UAE and international markets
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred
