- Advise and assist Project Managers, Program Managers, and project personnel in implementing Parsons' Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) and associated policies and procedures
- Conduct audits of projects and worksites against corporate safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform site inspections to identify hazards and provide recommendations to eliminate or control risks
- Prepare and submit audit and inspection reports
- Implement occupational injury and incident reporting processes
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses using recognized methodologies
- Develop corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with project teams
- Prepare comprehensive incident investigation reports and lessons learned documentation
- Analyze trends from audits, inspections, and incident reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and submit periodic safety performance reports
- Represent Parsons during regulatory inspections, client audits, and loss control reviews
- Act as the SH&E representative on project sites as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 6–10+ years of professional Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/SH&E) experience
- Advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and reporting requirements
- Strong understanding of ANSI, NFPA, and other recognized industry safety standards
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and safety management systems
