- Assist PMC HSE Manager to carry out SH&E functions at multiple infrastructure and building construction projects
- Advise and assist the most senior construction site representative in establishing and managing ESHARP Management and Parsons SH&E processes
- Develop site specific work plans, SH&E compliance programs, training programs, and orientation plans
- Collaborate with SH&E and project managers to evaluate contractors' SH&E performance
- Audit projects and worksites against corporate and client standards; create and submit written audit reports
- Implement Parsons' occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes
- Initiate and conduct thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports
- Represent the program SH&E manager on project or program worksites
- Supervise emergency response team and first aid personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in Health and Safety, including supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations and reporting procedures
- Advanced knowledge of safety related national consensus standards (e.g., ANSI, NFPA)
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Safety Engineer to join the team.
- Assists or advises a project or program manager in ensuring site specific SH&E plans and operations conform to Parsons' risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist PMC HSE Manager to carry out SH&E functions at multiple infrastructure and building construction projects.
