- Assist PMC HSE Manager in carrying out SH&E functions for multiple infrastructure and building construction projects
- Advise and assist senior construction site representative in establishing and managing ESHARP Management and Parsons SH&E processes
- Develop site specific work plans, SH&E compliance programs, training programs, and orientation plans
- Collaborate with SH&E and project managers to evaluate contractors' SH&E performance and planning
- Audit projects and worksites against corporate and client standards, and submit written audit reports
- Implement occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes
- Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses using secure protocols
- Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports
- Represent program SH&E manager on project or program worksites
- Supervise emergency response team and first aid personnel
Requirements
- Experience in safety management for infrastructure and building construction projects
- Knowledge of SH&E regulations and risk management practices
- Ability to develop site specific safety plans and programs

Job Overview

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist PMC HSE Manager to carry out SH&E functions at multiple infrastructure and building construction projects on a program management role.
- Advise and assist the most senior construction site representative in the establishment and management of ESHARP Management and Parsons SH&E processes.
- Develop site specific work plans, SH&E compliance programs, training programs, and orientation plans.
- Collaborate with SH&E and project and program managers to evaluate contractors SH&E performance, planning, and culture.
- Audit projects and programs and their worksites against corporate and client standards; create and submit written audit reports.
- Implement Parsons occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
- Initiate and conduct thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses using secure protocols.
- Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; create and submit regular analysis reports.
- Represent the program SH&E manager on project or program worksites.
- Supervise emergency response team and first aid personnel in providing services emergency situations and to occupationally injured or ill personnel.
- Prepare and review audit and inspection reports and OSH statistics reports and presentations.
- Provide oversight to the Parsons new hire safety orientation process and other safety related training.
