- Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) for cost and schedule.

- Prepare and present risk reports and analytics, communicating trends, key risks, and recommended actions.
- Support resolution of complex risk issues related to design changes, construction impacts, and schedule delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum 15 years post graduate experience in relevant infrastructure projects, including utilities (preferably wastewater/water/sewerage)
- Hands on experience with Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, Active Risk Management (ARM) and quantitative risk techniques
- Strong expertise in QRA and risk modelling
- Strong client facing communication skills

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Risk Engineer to join our PMC team on a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.
- In this role, you will lead risk management and quantitative risk analysis activities across infrastructure projects, supporting effective decision making and mitigation planning throughout project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead risk management activities including risk identification, assessment, response planning, and ongoing monitoring.
- Facilitate risk workshops and maintain an accurate, up to date risk register (threats/opportunities, owners, actions, status).
- Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) for cost and schedule.
- Interface with key stakeholders, attending regular meetings and ensuring alignment on risk management practices.
- Develop mitigation strategies, track implementation of risk responses and report changes in risk exposure.
- Prepare and present risk reports and analytics, communicating trends, key risks, and recommended actions.
- Support resolution of complex risk issues related to design changes, construction impacts, and schedule delays.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management or related field.
