Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst

Approximately 5 plus years’ experience in financial services, ideally within superannuation

Background in risk management, governance, control assurance, and/or risk events

Strong working knowledge of risk frameworks and second line risk practices

Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly

Strong Excel skills (essential); Power BI experience desirable

Experience with risk, governance, or compliance systems is beneficial (but not essential)

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and uplift others without formal people leadership

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
