Identify and support opportunities for growth, including cross-selling initiatives
Ensure registry tasks and client deliverables meet expected outcomes
Follow operational controls to manage business risk

You are a professional with experience in client services, account management or relationship management. You are confident, organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while delivering high-quality outcomes.
You will bring:
Experience in managing and supporting client relationships with a background in the financial services industry
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience in share registry, employee share plans, or investor relations
