- Lead, plan, schedule, and supervise all field engineering and construction activities on site
- Exercise full administrative and technical oversight of site operations
- Manage construction and procurement schedules
- Oversee subcontractor performance, including negotiations and coordination
- Plan and allocate site resources
- Provide technical direction on scope of work, construction methodologies, and sequencing
- Develop and monitor budget estimates and resource requirements
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and client representatives
- Manage and review project documentation including drawings, specifications, and change orders
- Monitor contractor progress and performance against schedules and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction and field engineering
- Strong supervisory experience on large scale infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in wet and dry utilities, with preference for high voltage (HV) dry utilities systems
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, and site execution practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in CAD and standard engineering/software tools
- Ability to manage complex site operations and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong experience in large scale infrastructure projects within UAE or GCC region is highly preferred

Job Description
- Parsons is seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Resident Engineer – Infrastructure to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
- In this role, you will lead and oversee all site based engineering and construction activities for major infrastructure works, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, plan, schedule, and supervise all field engineering and construction activities on site.
