Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee high rise residential & commercial building projects on behalf of the consultancy
- Supervise all site activities and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and UAE regulations
- Manage projects end to end from mobilization to final handover
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal design teams
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, budgets, and schedules across multiple sites
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests
- Lead site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project milestones
- Manage Resident Engineers, Site Engineers, and Inspection teams across multiple projects
- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to senior management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15–20 years total experience, including minimum 8 years as Resident Engineer within a consultancy
- Proven track record managing high rise, multi storey building projects independently
- Strong capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive experience in residential & commercial developments
- Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, contracts, authority regulations, and project management practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- UAE experience is mandatory

Role Summary
- We are seeking an accomplished Senior Resident Engineer to lead, manage, and deliver high‑rise residential and commercial building projects from site execution through final handover.
- The ideal candidate brings deep consultancy expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to independently manage multiple complex projects while ensuring uncompromised quality, safety, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee high‑rise residential & commercial building projects on behalf of the consultancy.
- Site Management: Supervise all site activities and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and UAE regulations.
- Independent Project Delivery: Manage projects end‑to‑end — from mobilization to final handover.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal design teams.
- Progress & Quality Control: Monitor project progress, quality, safety, budgets, and schedules across multiple sites.
- Technical Approvals: Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
- Issue Resolution: Lead site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project milestones.
- Team Leadership: Manage Resident Engineers, Site Engineers, and Inspection teams across multiple projects.
- Reporting: Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
