- Lead and manage high rise residential and commercial construction projects on behalf of the consultancy
- Supervise all site activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations
- Independently manage projects from commencement to handover
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal design teams
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, budgets, and schedules
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests
- Lead site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery
- Manage Resident Engineers, Site Engineers, and Inspection teams across multiple projects
- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15–20 years of total experience, with at least 8 years as a Resident Engineer in an engineering consultancy
- Proven experience managing high rise building projects independently
- Strong experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive portfolio of residential and commercial developments
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, contracts, authority regulations, and project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- UAE experience is mandatory

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to lead and manage high rise building projects from site execution through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high rise residential and commercial construction projects on behalf of the consultancy.
