About the Role
A leading engineering consultancy in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with 15+ years in construction and at least 5 years as a Resident Engineer in a UAE consultancy.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all site activities on behalf of the consultancy
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contract specifications
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical submissions
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction related issues
- Ensure timely project execution and successful delivery within approved schedules
- Prepare and review progress reports and attend project meetings
- Mentor and manage the site supervision team while maintaining the highest engineering standards
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a UAE consultancy
- Proven experience handling high rise residential and commercial building projects
- Strong track record of independently managing projects from inception to completion
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage)
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of authority regulations, project coordination, site supervision, and consultant responsibilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Title

Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a UAE consultancy
- Proven experience handling high rise residential and commercial building projects
- Strong track record of independently managing projects from inception to completion
- Experience working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed use developments
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with contract requirements
- Strong knowledge of authority regulations, project coordination, site supervision, and consultant responsibilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
