Responsibilities
- Lead site supervision and construction delivery oversight for a large scale building project.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams to ensure construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project technical, commercial, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Represent the client's interests on site.
- Manage contract administration, claims, variations, and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing supervision and construction activities for similar sized buildings, preferably within data center, mission critical, industrial, infrastructure, or large scale commercial developments.
- Strong technical expertise in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience supervising complex construction works, coordinating multidisciplinary site teams, and ensuring project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, quality standards, safety expectations, and project objectives.
- Strong awareness of construction contracts, contract administration, claims, variations, and contractual obligations.
- Ability to represent the client's interests on site and coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
